| 摘 要： | 在分析宁夏生态建设的地理环境特征的基础上，指出了当前宁夏生态建设形势和面临的挑战，认为要突出解决3个重大问题，即建设国家西部生态屏障，宁东能源化工基地的生态建设以及应对气候变化、增加碳汇，并从3个方面提出了保障措施．

| Abstract: | Based on geographic environmental features of ecological construction （EC） in Ningxia, the faceing situation and challenges of Ningxia EC is pointed out at present, these are building eco-protective shelter for ecological security in China, the EC problems of East Ningxia Energy Base, increasing the carbon storage cope with climate change, and then, innovative mechanisms, investment increasing, scientific planning are discussed. |
