| 摘 要： | 杭州市馆驿后三号的现状是我国许多现存历史建筑的真实缩影它们面对"虎视眈眈"的市场,经常会处于一个很尴尬的境地,并随时可能消失.该文通过这样一个案例,针对目前关于历史建筑保护工作面临的挑战,结合市场经济背景,从历史建筑保护的对象、保护观、目的等方面进行了分析与再思考,并提出历史建筑保护必须顺应市场经济的发展,依据城市规划因地制宜.

| Abstract: | The status of Guan Yi Hou 3# in Hangzhou is the living epitome of thousands of existent historic buildings in our country: When affronted to the market economy, they are always pushed into the dilemma and could be cleared away at any moment. Through this case, aiming at the challenges with which conservation of historic building is confronted, the article analyzes the object, the attitude and the purpose of conservation of historic building. Besides, the article puts forward the viewpoint that conservation of historic building must conform to the development of market economy and adjust measures to the city planning. |
