通用零售商业进存销管理信息系统（ZTTMIS）

本文通过分析一批典型的商业零售企业的实物流和信息流，提出了一种通用的进存销模型──“实体－连接”模型，认为随着实物、资金等的流转，有与其对应的实物信息流和资金信息流．当实物在流转过程中出现数和量的变化或在各种交接环节上，就会出现相应的单据和凭证．本文着重强调了面向凭证的数据库设计思想，指出原始单据是整个系统唯一的数据来源，根据原始单据在任意时刻允许重构整个系统．在数据库的设计上，划分成三种类型：面向单据的数据库、面向报表的数据库和辅助类数据库．最后，针对杭州九纶绸缎呢绒棉布公司的实际应用环境，给出了系统的实现概要．

A mis for universal buying - stocking -selling model

Through the analysis of the goods' folw and information flow in some typical businessenterprises,this paper proposes an universal buying--stocking--selling model,that is 'amity--link' model. The authors believe that there exist goods information flow and capital information flow with the transmission of the goods and capitals and that there appear the variation in number and quantity in the course of goods flow and appear corresponding documentsunder some intercourse circumstances. Having put much emphasis on the database desingsorented the documents,the paper points out that the original documents are the sole data suource for overall management information system and that the whole system can be rearranged at any time according to the original documents. As far as the arrangement ofdatabase is concerned, there are following three types, that is document--oriented database,report -- oriented database and aided database. Finally, the main points of the system implementation is proved according to the enviornment the Jiulun Silk--Woolen--Cotton Store.
