摘    要:分析了表面活性剂型清洗剂难以去除设备顽渍性油污的难题,结合有机溶剂和水基清洗剂的去油污特性,利用乙二醇丁醚、表面活性剂及碱性助剂的协同去污作用,研制出了设备清洗剂。对产品的配制及生产工艺作了详细说明,着重介绍了乙二醇丁醚含量对油污去除效果的影响,并就碱性助剂对金属的腐蚀、该清洗剂的应用及废液处理进行了深入探讨。

Abstract:The fact that stubborn grease on equipment is difficult to be cleaned away by surfactant detergent has been analyzed. A new equipment detergent has been developed based on the deoiling synergism of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, surfactant and alkaline assistant, and combined with the deoiling characteristics of organic solvent and water-based detergent. The preparation and production process of the detergent are expounded in detail together with the influence of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether content on the effect of grease removal. In addition, the corrosion of alkalinous assistant on metal, application of the detergent as well as the waste alkali treatment have been thoroughly discussed.
