摘    要:本文对火炮变齿距断隔螺纹闭锁机构的齿距和应力计算问题,用有限元方法进行了分析.针对其齿间间隙逐步消失和弹性接触边界变动的特点,提出了计算机计算的逐步加载方法和处理边界条件的迭代方法.具体计算采用了SAP5程序.实例分析计算和实验对照表明,此方法与通用程序结合起来,能有效地进行这种机构的计算机设计计算和强度分析.

Abstract:The computation problems of pitches and stresses of the broken-sc-rew locking mechanism with variable pitches are solved by using the finite-element analysis.In accordance with the characteristics of step-by-step vanishing of clearances between gears, and with elastic bound-ary canditions, the successive loading method and the iteration method for treating the boundary conditions are put forward.SAP5 program is used for computation.The comparison between the analysis of numeri-cal example and experimental results show the satisfactory agreement,which proves the reliability of these methods.
