基独河四级水电站引水明渠混凝土运输方式选择及实践

摘    要:为预防混凝土输送泵的堵管故障,以云南省基独河四级水电站引水明渠混凝土工程施工为例,介绍了一种山区中小型水利水电工程混凝土长距离、高扬程运输时多级混凝土泵接力输送方式,并分析了混凝土泵送堵管事故,提出严格控制混凝土拌和物质量、加强施工组织管理的防范措施。

Abstract:In order to prevent the plugging pipe failure of concrete pump, this paper introduces the mode of multistage concrete pump relay delivery at the time of long-distance and high-lift transportation of concrete in hydraulic and hydropower engineering of mountainous areas, by taking the concrete engineering of water diversion open-channel of Jidu River level-IV hydropower station in Yunnan Province as the case. Moreover, it analyzes the accidents of plugging pipe failure of concrete pump and puts forward the preventive measures on strictly controlling the quality of concrete batches and strengthening the organization and management of construction.
