土石坝沥青混凝土心墙砂砾石料的适用性研究

摘    要:土石坝沥青混凝土心墙通常要求采用碱性骨料,因呈酸性的沥青与碱性骨料的黏附力较好。但在一些坝址区没有碱性骨料而有呈酸性的砂砾石料或花岗岩,因而沥青混凝土心墙酸性骨料的适用性是一个值得研究的课题。论文以双桥土石坝沥青混凝土心墙为例,系统地进行了采用酸性砂砾石料的沥青混凝土配合比试验,对推荐的配合比进行加和不加抗剥落剂的水稳定和拉伸、抗压、弯曲、渗透、三轴性能对比试验。研究结果表明了土石坝沥青混凝土心墙采用砂砾石料的可行性。

Abstract:Alkaline aggregates are usually required for asphalt core of embankment dams, as alkaline aggregates exhibit good adhesion to acidic bitumen. However, there is lack of alkaline aggregates in some dam sites other than acidic gravels or granite and then the suitability of acidic aggregates for asphalt core is subject to be worth studying. The asphalt core of Shuangqiao embankment dam is taken an a case study, asphalt concrete mix design with acidic gravels is systemically studied and comparisons with immersion stability, tensile, compressive, bending, water permeability and triaxial tests are done on the proposed asphalt mix with and without amine. Test results document the feasibility of use of acidic gravels aggregates for the asphalt core of embankment dam.
