TA废水处理技术研究

摘    要:碱减量废水的主要成分是对苯二甲酸(TA)及其钠盐,以生化法和铁碳曝气法对TA废水进行处理研究,得出CODcr=2000mg/L是徽生物降解TA的抑制浓度;pH值为8~9时活性污泥处理TA废水效果最好;铁碳法处理TA废水35h,其CODcr的去除率达到了80%以上。

Abstract:TA and its sodium salts are main components of TA waste water of dyeing process,its too high concentration is one ofthe most important affecting factors to the treatment effect of TA waste water.Biochemistry and pumping of Fe-C are used in thisexperiment to study the treatment technology.The result indicates that the B/C of TA waste water is high,and the waste water hasa good biochemicality,but the high concentration of TA waste water will suppressm the treatment capacity of mircrobe .2000mg/L of CODcr value is restraint concentration of mircrobe degradation. pH value affects much to the biochemistry treatment effect.Active sludge has the best treatment effect to the TA waste water at the pH value of 8~9.Fe-C method has a good removal effectin disposing TA waste water,the removal rate of CODcr can reach 80% after 35 hours.
