| 摘 要： | 基层支部对党员实行"一岗双责"的目标管理方式,这种管理方式能有效地调动基层党员的工作和学习积极性,有力激发党员队伍的工作热情,为基层单位对外拓宽业务渠道,全面完成各项生产任务发挥了良好的促进作用,是基层党支部服从和服务于基层工作大局,圆满地完成上级下达给基层的各项目标任务的保障。

| Abstract: | The Party member objective management of "Two Duties for One Post" in the basic Party branch can expand outside markets and promote the production because the management mode can give full play to the initiatives of the basic Party members' work and study and arouse their enthusiasm.Also,the mode is the guarantee for the basic Party branch to obey and serve the general interests of the grass-roots work and achieve every task transmitted by the higher level. |
