高压气蚀水射流切割装置的试验研究

摘    要:提出了一种能较好地诱发气蚀的高压水射流切割装置———射流泵式切割装置.在非淹没条件下对该装置与普通单喷嘴装置进行了对比试验.试验结果表明,在相同的工作条件下,射流泵式切割装置比普通单喷嘴切割装置能耗低、切割深度大.根据试验结果,提出了射流泵式切割装置的最佳工作参数

Abstract:A high pressure water jet cutting set similar to a jet pump which can better induce cavitation,is presented.Under nonsubmerged condition a series of tests for comparison between this cutting set and traditional single nozzle cutting set are conducted.Test results indicate that under the same operating conditions this cutting set has the advantages of lower energy consumption and bigger cutting depth over traditional single nozzle cutting set.Its optimum operating parameters are provided by test results.
