| 摘 要： | 以甲醇为溶剂，采用超声法提取，气相色谱／质谱法同时测定化妆品中的15种邻苯二甲酸酯。该方法线性范围为2～100mg／L，方法检出限0．1～4ng，回收率84．1％～105．6％。实验表明，该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确、重复性好。实际样品检测结果表明邻苯二甲酸酯类物质在化妆品中普遍存在。

| Abstract: | The determination of 15 phthaiates in cosmetic was performed by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry after sonication extraction with methanol. The linearity of this method is 2- 100 mg/L,the detection limit is 0.1-4 ng and the recovery is 84.1%-105.6%. The method appeared to be simple, accurate, reproducible. Detection of practical samples showed that phthalates in cosmetic are common. |
