摘    要:针对离子交换工艺柱操作过程的特点,基于离子交换动力学机理,运用菲克第一、第二定律,建立了离子交换过程动态数模仿真系统。介绍了系统的数模构成及求解算法、系统的机构和组成、系统的模块简介、系统界面和系统的特点。该系统能对离子交换吸附和淋洗过程进行良好的数值模拟,对于指导离子交换生产实践、优化工艺条件具有一定的实用价值,并可应用于冶金工程、化工工程专业的实验教学与研究。

Abstract:Aim at the characteristics of columns operation process in ion-exchange craft,based on dynamic mechanism of ion-exchange,using Fick's first and second laws,the dynamic model simulation system of ion-exchange process was established.The system model and algorithm,system composition,system of organization and system interface module,and the characteristics of the system were introduced.The system can well simulate the ion-exchange adsorption and lessivation process,and has certain practical value for guiding the ion-exchange production practice and the optimization of ion exchange process condition,and can be used in metallurgy,chemical engineering construction of experimental teaching and research.
