摘    要:针对火力发电机组启动和停运过程中的诸多复杂问题,指出火力发电机组采用程序自动启、停系统(automatic procedure start-up/shut-down,APS)的必要性和重要性。通过介绍APS分级结构原理、主控器的逻辑设计和功能,分析模拟量调节、数字量顺序控制和自动联锁在同一系统中的应用特点以及影响APS过程自动化的难点,提出采用"交叉引用、条件自举"新理念,采用新技术设计的断点进阶方式、主令控制器、三态式自动调节、两位式自动开关、缺省自动式联锁实现APS"一键启、停"的控制策略,为保障机组安全运行发挥了重要作用。

Abstract:In view of the many complicated problems during startup and shutdown of thermal power generating unit, the necessity and importance of applying automatic procedure start-up/shut-down (APS) system in thermal power generating unit are indicated. By describing the principle of APS hierarchical structure as well as the logic design and function of master controller, the application features of modulation control, digital sequence control and automatic interlocking in the same system are analyzed with the difficulties that affect the process automation of APS. The use of the new concept "cross- references and condition bootstrap" is presented, and a control strategy is proposed, which realizes APS "one-click start-up/ shut-down" by breakpoint advanced mode designed with new technique, master controller, tri-state automatic adjustment, on-off automatic switch, and default automatic interlocking. The control strategy plays an important role in ensuring the safe running of unit.
