| 摘 要： | 针对社区医疗服务中咨询答疑特点及现有答疑系统存在的不足,本文提出了一个基于B/S模式的智能答疑系统设计方案,采取全自动智能搜索与半自动辅助答疑相结合的方式,建立系统结构模型,解析各个模块功能,其中重点探讨了句子相似度算法的改进,并实现了其在医疗领域的应用。

| Abstract: | In view of the existing circumstances and problems in community medical services,an automatic question-answering(Q-A) system based on the B/S scheme is proposed in this paper.The system adopts a way of combining automatic intelligent search and semi-automatic assistant technology.Firstly,a structural model is established,and then the functions of each module are discussed.Besides,an improved similarity algorithm is presented,which is applied well in the domain of medical service. |
