摘    要:为了电力系统的高效可靠运行,必须对电压无功进行合理控制,实现无功就地平衡,电能质量最优.区域电网无功电压综合控制系统 (简称AVC)采用集中决策、分层分区控制的方式,综合考虑电网安全约束条件,通过在线的优化计算,提出合理的电压校正和无功优化策略,实现全网无功电压实时自动控制.对提高电能质量,降低损耗,减轻值班人员劳动强度有十分重要的意义.

Abstract:In order to realize the effective and reliable operation of power system,it is necessary to keep the reactive power and voltage under control,balance the reactive power locally and optimize the energy quality.The area reactive power and voltage combined control system(AVC) adopts the mode of centralized deciding as well as grade and location control.Taking into account the power grid safety regulation and by on-line optimization calculation,the strategy of reasonable voltage calibration and reactive power optimization to implement real time auto control of reactive power and voltage is suggested.It has very important signification for quality improvement of electric energy,reduction of energy loss and labour-saving of operators.
