氟石膏用高效减水剂的合成及性能研究

摘    要:设计一种聚甲基丙烯酸.丙烯酰胺.乙烯基磺酸钠型氟石膏用高性能减水剂,研究了羧基、磺酸基含量及分子量对氟石膏净浆流动度和经时变化的影响。结果表明:羧基含量为13-16%、磺酸基含量为30--36%时氟石膏净浆流动度最大,经时变化最小。

Abstract:A new type of high range water reducing agent for fluor-gypsum was synthesized. The influences of carboxyl group, sulfonic group and molecular weight on fluidity and elapsed change of fluor-gypsum were studied. The paste fluidity of fluor-gypsum is maximum and elapsed change of fluor-gypsum is minimum, when content of carboxyl group is 13-16% and content of sulfonic group is 30-36%.
