电子厂房钢屋架优化选型

摘    要:分析计算了屋架类型和高度对屋盖用钢量的影响,讨论了屋架计算模型的选取依据。最后,在21~48m范围内选取8种跨度屋架,并对2种吊挂荷载、3种屋面做法、4种柱距下,共计192种屋盖体系的用钢量进行计算,得到一些有意义的结论。

Abstract:The effect of types and heights of steel roof truss on steel quantity of a roof is calculated and analyzed. Later, there has an analysis of how to select calculation model of steel roof truss. Lastly, on conditions of selecting 8 kinds of steel roof trusses with truss span changing from 21m to 48m, 2 kinds of suspensory loads, 3 construction methods of roof and 4 column distances, steel quantity of 192 types, of steel roofs is also analyzed and calculated, from which some significant conclusions are obtained.
