摘    要:把轧制状态下的大型可逆式轧机主传动系统建立成一个完整的力学模型,并将轧机主传动系统的分析和计算方法集成于CAD系统中,使得轧机的主传动系统的设计和分析计算集成在一个环境下来完成。在系统的分析方法上,采用带原点位移的双步QR法计算系统的特征对,这种方法不但可以精确的计算正定矩阵而且可以计算半定矩阵;这样,根据系统的输入就可计算出系统的频率、振型和扭矩放大系数

Abstract:A uniform mechanical model for the main driving system of a large reverse mill and integrated the calculation and analysis method into CAD system is established. The research provides a method which lets the design and calculation in one software system. On the way of calculation, authors used the QR method to calculate the eigenvalue of the driving system. QR method can solve not only the definite system but also the undefined matrix. According to the inputs of the driving system, we can calculate the frequencies and the torque amplification factors.
