摘    要:通过现场调查,球罐组焊,在役容顺检测及失效分析,对近些年来投用的国产CF-62钢制作的球罐待设备上出现的裂纹成因进行探讨,对其残余应力水平进行阐述,对相关标准中的设计,制造,检验技术条件的完善化提出一些建议,为这类钢今后的制造和长周期安全运行提供借鉴。

Abstract:The cause of cracks which appeared on spherical tanks made of localized CF-62 steel was investigation through field investigation,spherical tank assembly and welding,in-service inspection and failure analysis.At the same time the level of residual stress was described.Some suggestions were proposed about perfection of design,fabrication and inspection specifications in relevant standards,which provide references for future fabrication and long-term safe operation of this type of steel.
