| 摘 要： | 氧化铝陶瓷型芯冶金化学稳定性、抗蠕变性能好,是制造高性能航空发动机气冷叶片的关键,但是其脱芯性能很差,影响其广泛应用.文中研究了影响氧化铝型芯脱除的因素(压力和时间),并制定了脱芯工艺.

| Abstract: | Alumina ceramic core has good metallurgical chemical stability, creep resistant property, it is key point of manufacture of high performance areoengine's blade, but it is very difficult to leach core out of blade, which affect its wide use. The pressure and time which affect core leach are investigated and leaching technics was specified in this paper. |
