村镇住宅建筑节能的适用技术研究

介绍了夏热冬冷地区的气候特点。简述了我国目前农村住宅的现状。对现有农村住宅在节能保温方面存在的问题进行仔细分析。详细介绍了我国针对夏热冬冷地区在墙体、窗户、屋面等部位的建筑节能保温的一些适用技术和各种技术的优缺点。针对农村住宅的特点和农村的施工技术条件,提出从规划设计开始就充分考虑建筑朝向、布局、体形,墙体采用易于施工的自保温墙体,窗户采用带遮阳的双层窗,屋面采用保温构造等,提高农村住宅的节能特性,改善农民的居住环境。
