| Abstract: | Strategic planning is of vital importance to an enterprise.The proper strategy can indicate the development direction for enterprises.SWOT method takes internal and external factors into consideration and is able to provide optimal option for enterprises.Based on the SWOT analysis,the paper carries out a deep study of the Golden Eagle Outlets.It also,through the analysis of the internal and external factors affecting the Golden Eagle Outlets,explores its strategic choice. |
