| 摘 要： | 在金融危机背景下,本文通过对南京地区部分高职院校2013届毕业生就业服务及就业意向和用人单位对往届毕业生的满意度情况的调查,提出高职院校要强调系统化的职业观教育,重视学生职业规划的全程化跟踪,实现学生的和谐发展;强调学生职业素质的提高,重视对毕业生培养质量的跟踪调查,实现学生的全面发展;重视人职匹配,强调职业的个性化发展,实现学生的持续发展。

| Abstract: | The paper,through an analysis of employment services,employment intentions the 2013 graduates and satisfaction scale of enterprises to previous graduates,suggests that the vocational colleges should pay attention to the systematic education of professional concept,and make a full track of their career planning to achieve their harmonious development,emphasize the improvement of their career quality and the follow-up survey of cultivation quality,to achieve their overall development,and stress a proper match between graduate and post and development of personalized profession,to achieve their sustainable development. |
