萃取法预处理邻甲苯胺废水

摘    要:针对本单位采用大孔树脂吸附处理邻甲苯胺废水效果不尽理想的情况,采用邻硝基甲苯作为萃取剂,对吸附进水进行萃取预处理。萃取相直接送还原系统加氢还原生产邻甲苯胺,萃余相送大孔树脂吸附,可以使出水水质稳定,满足排放要求。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of unfavorable treatment by using the macro-porous resin to adsorb O-toluidine wastewater, O-nitrotoluene was used as the extraction agent to adsorb wastewater for pre-treatment. O-nitrotoluerm extracted was directly sent into the hydrogenation reduction system and O-toluidine was produced. The wastewater after extraction was adsorbed by the macro-porous resin, which made the drainage retain stable water quality to achieve the emission standard.
