摘    要:2009年,准油股份承建了准东电网九座35 kV简易变电所技术升级改造工程,通过这次改造使之成为综合智能型的无人值守变电所。本次施工,新材料、新工艺、新设备的应用较多,且现场安装、使用和检测技术要求高。绝大部分工作在周围设备带电运行的情况下施工,安全管理尤为重要。在投入新系统前,拆除旧系统;新系统必须一次投运成功,施工难度较大。保证每座无人值守变电所投运成功和为公司创造最大的利润,将是此次技术升级改造施工首要解决的问题。

Abstract:In 2009,Zhundong Petroleum Technology contracted to build nine simple substation technology upgrading and reconstruction project.By reconstruction,these substations became intergraded intelligent unattended substations.In this construction,new material,new procedure and new equipment are frequently used;meanwhile,field installation,use and examine technology are highly required.Most of the work was constructing under the condition of running charged equipment,safety management are particularly important.Before the injection of new system,the old system should be removed;the new system must be put into operation successfully at once,although the difficulty of construction was high.Ensure each unattended substation in operation a success and to create maximum profit for the company will be the technical upgrading of construction of the first to solve the problem.
