米氏酮分光光度法测定微量金的研究

摘    要:研究了岩矿石中微量金的测定方法。经王水溶样后,在pH为7的介质中,用重金属离子捕集剂除去绝大部分金属离子,过滤,在pH为3~3.5的介质中,采用甲基异丁基甲酮(MIBK)萃取分离金于有机相,用阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)为增溶剂,氯金酸根离子(AuCl-)与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)反应形成黄色的CTMAB-AuC1缔合物,经硫代米氏酮(TMK)-正丁醇显色,用GBC-916型紫外-可见分光光度计于545 nm处测定。在选定条件下测定微量金的含量,其吸光度符合朗伯-比尔定律。该方法灵敏、方便、准确,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The thesis researches on the method of determining the trace quantities of gold in the ore.After nitrohydrochloric acid put samples dissolved and pH was7,and stuffs in the medium with a metal trap set of ion remove most of the ions and metal filter,and stuffs in pH of 3-3.5 the medium from the use of the tryplan MIBK lizzy take the gold in organic and With surface-active agent of the cationic bromine 16 alkyl the three of the reveal(CTMAB) for a solvent with gold,of bitter root,and ion(AuC1-)surface-active agent of the cationic bromine sixteen alkyl the three of the reveal(CTMAB) response to form a yellow CTMAB-AuC1 complex.The Michler's ketone is to be rich,determining in the GBC-916 ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer in 545 nm.In the conditions for trace quantities of gold,the essential content follows Lambert-Beer law.This method is quick,easy,and accurate,the result is satisfactory.This experiment with a sulfur generation Michler's ketone TMK to test of gold with fixative,16 alkyl surface-active agent of the cationic bromine and reveal the base three(CTMAB) for being very good solvent and refined and degrees are finding a satisfactory result.
