萃取精馏分离乙酸乙酯和正己烷的过程模拟

摘    要:利用Aspen Plus化工流程模拟软件,通过萃取精馏技术以N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)为萃取剂,对制药过程产生的乙酸乙酯和正己烷混合液进行了模拟研究,分析了萃取精馏塔理论板数、进料位置、回流比及溶剂比对分离效果的影响,确定最佳工艺方案,为分离过程的优化操作和设计提供依据。

Abstract:In the paper,the process simulation software,Aspen Plus was used to simulate the separation of ethyl acetate and n-hexane from the waste liquid in the pharmaceutical process by extractive distillation,and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP) was used as extractive agent.The effect of theory stage,feed location,reflux ratio and ratio of extractive agent on the separation were detailed analyzed.The optimal conditions is found,which can be provided for the design and operation of the separation in its industrial production.
