摘    要:在对管材专用料HDPE 4902T的性能测试和结构表征的基础上,研究了加工温度和挤出速度对挤出参数的影响情况,并对管材的性能进行了测试。结果表明,HDPE 4902T具有双峰分布聚乙烯树脂的特点,性能满足PE100级管材料的指标要求。材料的流变特性对温度变化的敏感性较弱。挤出温度和速度对管材的性能影响很小,采用该管材专用料,可以在较宽的温度和速度范围内制备出性能优良的管材。

Abstract:On the basis of properties measuring and structure characterizing of PE pipe resin HDPE 4902T, the influence of pipe processing temperature and extruding speed on the processing parameters were investigated and the properties of prepared pipe were also measured. The results indicated that HDPE 4902T was belong to bimodal polyethylene and its mechanical properties were fulfill the requirement of PEI00 pipe. The rheological properties of the pipe resin was not so sensitive to the processing temperature. The processing temperature and extruding speed had a little impact on properties of the pipe. Using the pipe resin, pipes had excellent properties can be prepared in a wide processing temperature and extruding speed range.
