摘    要:用ICP-AES法同时测定了镍合金中的锰、铝、铁、钛、铜和磷,替代以往用原子吸收等方法测定上述各元素,通过对ICP控制条件的选择,确定了各元素的测定谱线,用浓硝酸溶解镍合金,对上述元素进行测定,结果表明,该方法灵敏度高,准确度好,操作简便、快速,精密度RSD<3.2%,样品加标回收率为91.8%~102%,该方法适用于镍合金中多种微量元素的快速检测。

Abstract:The ICP-AES method for simultaneously determined Mn, Al ,Fe,Cu,Ti and, P in nicked alloy was used instead of the atomic absorption spectrometry method ,by which the above mentions elements were determined individually ,optimizing the conditions of the ICP, the analytical lines for every element were determined ,Sample were decomposed with HNO3 and analyzed at the same time under the best condition .The method is fast and accurate with the relative standard deviation less than 3.2 % and recovery rate as 91.8 %- 102 %, The method is suitable for daily testing for trace elements in nicked alloy.
