提高PTA结晶器负荷新途径

摘    要:随着PTA装置产能的逐渐扩大,市场变化也很大,PTA装置最好在市场形势好能迅速提高负荷,满足市场需要,使企业获取最大利润。文章叙述了PTA流程,介绍了结晶器原理,根据生产实际提负荷中存在的问题。从结晶理论和专利商提供实验数据及历年生产实践中积累的数据提出方法,并进行工业化试验,寻找到了提高PTA结晶器负荷的新途径,即在不进行投资的情况下,增加结晶器40%的负荷。

Abstract:With the expansion of production capacity of PTA, market change is very big too. PTA plant preferably in the market situation in good time can rapidly improve load, enable enterprises to maximize profits. The paper described the PTA process. Introduced the principle of PTA crystallizer. According to the actual problems in production, from the crystalization theory and patent to provide data, making industrial test to find new ways of improving crystallizer load. That is not the case for investment, increase crystallizer load 40 %.
