高品质环氧大豆油的研制

摘    要:文章采用732#强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,改进型无溶剂法合成高品质环氧大豆油。实验确定了高品质环氧大豆油的最佳合成条件:采用逐步加料,按m(大豆油):m(88%甲酸):m(30%双氧水):m(催化剂)=1:0.35:1.2:0.15的比例加料,加0.5 mL 1%的EDTA稳定剂,制得的环氧大豆油品质较高。

Abstract:With the catalyst of 732 type cation exchange resin,soybean oil,formic acid,hydrogen peroxide solution and stabilizer as raw materials,the improved synthesis process of epoxy soybean oil in free solvent was studied.The influencing factors on the epoxy value of the product,acid value,iodine value,such as feeding mode,dosage of formic acid,dosage of hydrogen peroxide solution,dosage of catalyst,stabilizer were discussed in the epoxidation process.The optimum conditions of high quality epoxy soybean oil were determined as follows:adding material step by step,mass ratio to soybean oil to formic acid(concentration 88 %) to hydrogen peroxide solution(concentration 30 %) to catalyst 1:0.35:1.2:0.15,0.5 mL transform stabilizer(1 % EDTA),and the quality of the product was better.
