摘    要:介绍了东莞供电局220 kV P变电站1号主变压器高压侧2201断路器间隔气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(gasinsulated metal enclose switchgear,GIS)漏气处理情况,分析了间隔漏气及盆式绝缘子破裂的原因并指出现场安装时紧固作业不规范以及绝缘子本身的机械强度不够是导致问题出现的主要原因。针对目前施工安装作业存在的隐患,建议安装过程中必须由GIS厂家全程参与现场安装指导监督;建议选用金属外壁盆式绝缘子以提高机械强度。

Abstract:The paper introduces leakage handling of gas insulated metal enclose switchgear (GIS) of 2201 breaker 2201 at high voltage side of main transformer of 220 kV substation P in Dongguan Power Supply Bureau; it analyzes air leakage and causes for disc insulator breakage and points out that lack of operation standards and mechanical strength of insulator are ma- jor causes. Aiming at hazards at present construction and installation work, the paper suggests that GIS installation should be done by manufacturers; metal-faced disc insulators should be selected to improve mechanical strength.
