电解与三维电极技术预处理腈纶废水的比较研究

摘    要:文章分别采用电解与三维电极法对腈纶废水进行处理,通过单因素及正交试验考察了电解电压、反应时间以及废水pH对COD去除率和反应能耗的影响。试验结果表明,在电压为20 V,电解时间为120 min,pH为5.0的条件下电解反应对腈纶分水COD去除率达到14.7%左右,处理每吨水能耗为2.62 kW·h左右;在电压为20 V,电解时间为60 min,pH为5.0的条件下三维电极对腈纶废水COD去除率达到29%左右,处理每吨水能耗为1.33 kW·h左右。

Abstract:The paper used electrolysis and the three dimensional electrode to treat acrylic wastewater,examining the electrolytic voltage,reaction time and wastewater pH to COD removal efficiency and reaction energy consumption by single factor and orthogonal test The test results.Aa a result,in the voltage of 20 V,electrolytic time for 120 min,pH 5.0 under the conditions of the electrolytic reaction to treat the acrylic COD water which removal rate reached about 14.7 %,energy consumption of every tons of water treatment for 2.62 kW·h or so;In the voltage of 20 V,electrolytic time for 60 min,pH 5.0 under the conditions of the three dimension electrode COD removal rate of acrylic wastewater was around 29 %,and energy consumption of every tons of water is about 1.33 kW·h.
