| 摘 要： | 城镇住房是群众关注的焦点，也是当前政府加快实现“住有所居”目标的落脚点。本文立足福建省情，在总结“十一五”建设成就与经验的基础上，根据相关规划纲要，针对“十二五”城镇住房发展环境、主要任务、保障措施等进行了思考和剖析，探讨如何结合实际进一步完善若干政策措施，以期提供有益借鉴。
