| 摘 要： | 建筑项目质量直接关系国家经济和人民生命安全，然而工程质量事故时有发生，加强建筑工程质量控制成为亟需解决的一道难题。本文阐述了工程项目质量管理和质量控制与质量控制方法的内涵和外援关系，建筑项目质量管理的发展阶段，提出BIM技术顺应建筑工程发展趋势的要求，基于BIM技术的建筑项目质量控制的具体方法及主要内容、在项目质量控制中的优势及实施要点，最后对其进行展望。

| Abstract: | Construction project quality directly relates to the national economy and the safety of people. However, engineering quality accidents occur. It＇s a difficult problem to strengthen quality control. This article expounds project quality management kquality control,quality control method and the relations among them;the development of quality management. This paper argues that BIM technology conforms to the requirements of the development trend. The paper de- scribes the advantges of BIM technology in the project quality control,the quality control methods and point. Finally the paper forecasts the future of the appli- cation of BIM in project quality control. |
