吸波剂含量和涂层厚度对微波吸收性能的影响

摘    要:以具有强磁损耗特性的磁粉、电阻型和电介质型物质作为吸波剂,制备出了具有阻抗渐变结构的3层复合雷达吸波涂层,研究了吸波剂用量和涂层厚度对吸波性能的影响.结果表明,增加表层、中层或底层吸波剂含量及涂层厚度,均能使吸波性能曲线向低频端方向移动,反之,吸波性能曲线向高频端方向移动;选择适当的吸波剂含量或者一定厚度的涂层才能拓宽、加深吸波性能.制得的试样中反射损耗可达-35.74和-39.25dB,其频宽(<-10dB)分别为3.52和2.84GHz.

Abstract:The tri-layer composite radar absorbing coatings with impedance-graded structure were prepared by using absorbing reagents such as strong magnetic loss,resistance and dielectric materials.The influence of dosage of absorbing reagents and thickness of coatings on microwave absorption properties were studied.The results show that the absorption curves shift to lower frequency by increasing dosage of absorbing reagents and thickness of coatings,otherwise the absorption curves shift to higher frequency.The absorption curves can be widened and deepened by selecting appropriate dosage of absorbing reagents and thickness of coatings.The reflection losses reach-35.74 and-39.25dB,and the absorption bandwidths under-10dB were 3.52 and 2.84GHz correspondingly.
