摘    要:为开发新型环保长效防污涂料,获得降解速率可控的,可稳定释放环保型防污剂,并具有良好柔韧性的树脂基料,本文通过分子设计,合成一系列组成不同的可降解聚氨酯树脂。用^1H—NMR,FT—IR,DSC和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对它们的结构进行表征,并测定了其力学性能和降魑性能,并选用PBEU1树脂制备成防污涂料,初步研究海洋生物微生物的附着情况。结果表明,所获树脂具有良好的弹性;通过调节聚合物的组成,可对其降解性能进行调控;以PBEUl为树脂基料的防污涂料具有一定的防污效果。

Abstract:A series of degradable aliphatic polyurethane copolymer based on L-lactide,polybutadiene and hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) were designed and synthesized to meet the need of binder for antifouling paint for highly flexible degradable resin.The copolymers were characterized by using 1H-NMR,FT-IR,gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and DSC,and the hydrolytic degradation behavior in sea water and mechanical properties of the copolymers were investigated.The potential use of the polyurethanes in antifouling coa...
