腔体等效温漂研究

摘    要:从腔体尺寸角度出发,认为某一方向的尺寸随温度是线性变化的。推导出了腔体各个部件的温漂影响因子,该因子反映了在所有部件为同种材料制成的条件下,腔体的某个部件对整个腔体的温漂影响的大小。将部件温漂影响因子和部件的材料温度系数用确切的式子联系起来,推导出腔体温漂影响因子的概念。通过进一步推导,引出等效材料温度系数的概念,并通过大量的计算证明了其合理性。

Abstract:This paper researches on the cavity size, considering that the change of the size at some direction is linear with temperature varies. It is educed the temperature drift factor of the cavity's component, which reflects the size of each component that contributes to the whole cavity's temperature drift when the components of the cavity are composed by the same material. By connect the coefficient of thermal expansion with the temperature drift factor of the cavity's component, the concept of the cavity's temperature drift is proposed. Through farther deducing, the concept of equivalent coefficient of thermal expansion is proposed. By amount calculation, it is validated rationality.
