雷达可靠性设计与试验验证

摘    要:随着科学技术的发展,系统可靠性越来越受到重视,雷达作为一个大规模的电子产品,性能日益提高、功能日益全面,设备集成度越来越高,结构越来越复杂,导致影响雷达可靠性的因素越来越多。从优选高可靠器材、降额设计、简化设计、冗余设计等提高雷达系统可靠性的设计措施出发,并在此基础上分析了可靠性设计的步骤以及试验验证计算,对提高雷达系统可靠性设计水平、合理安排验证可靠性达到指标的试验项目都具有一定的参考意义,充分保证了雷达的设计性能的发挥,降低雷达的使用成本。

Abstract:With the development of technology, the reliability of the system is paid more and more attention, radar as a large scale electronic products, increasing performance, functionality increasingly comprehensive, more integrated device structure more complex, lead to more and more factors affecting the reliability of radar. This article embarks from the design of measures, derating design, simplifying design, redundant design, such as radar systems designed to measure the reliability of departure, and on the basis of the analysis and experimental verification of the reliability calculation steps designed to improve the reliability of radar systems design level, reasonable arrangements for the pilot project to verify the reliability of indicators have reached a certain reference value, and fully guarantee the play radar design per formance, reduce the use of cost radar.
