摘    要:池火灾、蒸气云爆炸和沸腾液体扩展蒸气云爆炸是液化石油气罐区常见的三种事故类型。应用蒸气云爆炸数学模型,针对液化石油气罐区在特定情况下发生泄漏,由此引发的蒸气云爆炸的后果进行定量计算,确定了蒸气云爆炸事故的人员伤害和财产损失范围。所得结果可以作为液化气站安全决策的依据。

The Risk Analysis of Leakage and Explosion Accidents in the Area of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tanks

Abstract:The leakage of liquefied petroleum gas can induce risks including pool-fire, vapor cloud explosion and boiling liquid expanding vapor. Mathematical models of vapor cloud explosion are used in the quantitative calculation for the consequence which is induced by vapor cloud explosion leaking in the special condition. People hurt and property loss range are obtained. The results can be used to guide safety measures in the liquefied petroleum gas station.
