| 摘 要： | 对马钢三钢厂板坯轧制中板产生的气泡废品调查表明，所谓的气泡废品的产生原因除过饱和气体析出外，保护渣的卷入也占一定的比例．生产跟踪和统计分析找出了冶炼和浇铸环节存在的问题，并提出了对应的改进措施．

| Abstract: | An investigation was taken into the so -called pinhole defects of flat rollde from slab produced by No.3 steelworks of Ma'anshan Iron & Steel CO. Ltd. Besides the gas evolution due to super satuation, the entraped mould powder aIso plays a remarkable role. Through measurements and statistic analyses, the causes were found among certain melting and continous casting procedures. The measure for these questions thus are proposed. |
