谈西部开发与历史文化名城的保护

随着我国西部大开发不断深入，应吸取国内历史文化名城保护方面经验和教训，文章就如何正确处理保护、开发和利用三者之间的矛盾进行了论述，指出应在不破坏历史文化名城风貌的前提下，积极稳妥的搞好西部历史文化名域的建设和利用；城建管理部门和文物管理部门应积极合作，将现存文物建筑、古迹纳入到城市的总体规划中；同时要宣传和教育广大居民了解历史文化名城历史．爱护历史文化名城，使西部历史文化名城在“两个”文明建设中大放光彩。

Discussion on the Great Exploitation the city with history and culture

With the further development of Country's Exploitation in the west, the city with history and culture in the west should be planned and preserved perfectly. The most important to the city is to deal with correctly the relations of preservation, exploitation and utilization. Considering the experiences obtained form the past years.
