| Abstract: | The procedure of decommissioning work of uranium mine and mill facilities includes threestages: preparation,on-the-spot construction and acceptance after being completed. The first stagepreparation is discussed in detail in this paper,and it is presented to take the measures ofstrengthening leadership and improving leading they to conduct the decommissioning work best. |
