摘    要:介绍了半导体BaTiO3 陶瓷在不同的应力、温度和掺杂条件下所呈现的压阻效应 ,以及制约其压阻效应的因素 ,提出了该半导体BaTiO3 陶瓷是应力传感器领域中潜在的优秀新材料的观点

Abstract:The piezoresistivity of semiconductive BaTiO3 ceramics in different conditions such as stress,temperature and dopant and the restricted factors which influence it's piezoresistivity is introduced.Meanwhile,the idea that it could be the excellent potential condidate in stress-sensor applications is put forward to.
