摘    要:针对中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司污水汽提装置处理含硫污水的问题,提出了改造的工艺优化措施,消除了装置污水罐顶产生的恶臭气体和净化水氨超标,达到了环保排放要求。采用降膜吸收工艺对恶臭气体中的H2S去除率为99.98%,NH3去除率为95%,甲硫醇、乙硫醚等恶臭的气体去除率为96%。

Abstract:Revamp and process optimization measures were proposed for handling the sour water treatment problems of the sour water stripper in SINOPEC Guangzhou Company. The foul gas formed in the top of the sour water tank of the unit and off-spec ammonia in purified water was eliminated, meeting the environmental protection discharge specifications. After the treatment of foul gas by falling-film absorption process, the H:S removal rate is 99.98% , NH3 removal rate is 95% and 96% of ethyl thioether and other foul substances is removed.
