Sol-gel法制备HAP超微粉

摘    要:采用Sol-gel法制备了HAP超微粉。发现pH值、滴定速度和反应温度在制备过程中影响反应产物的形成和反应产物颗粒的沉聚,X射线和SEM照片分析表明,在pH=8.62时溶胶由HAP微晶组成,920℃,保温2.5h得到完整的HAP晶体,超声分散有利于颗粒间的分散。

Abstract:This article synthesize HAP supermicromist using sol-gel method. It is found that pH value,tltration speed and reaction temperature effect the form of reaction product and the deposit of reaction product particle x-ray and SEM photo shows that solution is composed of HAP microcrystals at pH = 8. 62. Heated at 920t for 2. 5hr,HAP complete crystal is gotten. Supersonic stirring benefit particle dispersion.
