基于ABAQUS的圆柱套筒过盈装配过程仿真研究

摘    要:有限元法是结构分析中最有效的一种数值分析方法。基于ABAQUS软件对圆柱套筒过盈装配过程的应力分布、接触力进行了有限元仿真。仿真结果可对配合的过盈量及压入深度进行评估,为过盈配合的联接强度分析、优化设计提供一定的参考,从而能有效地缩短调试周期、降低成本。

Abstract:FEM (Finite Element Method) is the most effective numerical analysis method in structural analysis. Stress and force finite element analysis of Cylinder sleeve assembly process of interference based on ABAQUS has been done. The simulation results can be assessed on the number of interference. It provides a theoretical basis for the strength analysis and optimal design to reduce costs.
