烟塔合一技术

摘    要:烟塔合一技术是将火电厂烟囱和冷却塔合二为一,取消烟囱,利用冷却塔巨大的热湿空气对脱硫后的净烟气形成一个环状气幕,对脱硫后净烟气形成包裹和抬升,增加烟气的抬升高度,从而促进烟气中污染物的扩散。对于无烟气换热器的石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫系统,采用该技术后,不仅可以提高火力发电系统的能源利用效率,而且大大简化了火电厂的烟气系统,减少了设备投资和脱硫系统的运行维护费用,该技术已在德国获得广泛应用,在华能北京热电厂也获得了应用。

Abstract:The technology of cooling water in place of chimney tower is technology that the thermal power plant chimney combines circulating water tower together into one,taking advantage of exhaust for the wet desulfurizing.This technology improves the energy efficiency of thermal power system,saves construction and the equipment initial investment and operating maintainence cost,such as chimney,fuel gas reheating system,and simplified the fuel system of thermal plant.The technology has been widely used in the Germany thermal plants,and it also been used in HuaNeng group Beijing generation power plants.
