环氧交联丙烯酸树脂交联反应动力学的研究

摘    要:用动态DSC方法研究了叔胺催化的丙烯酸树脂/环氧树脂交联反应,并用3种方法对实验结果进行了动力学分析。结果表明,在不同的升温速度及催化剂浓度下,交联反应活化能均在90kJ/mol左右,反应级数n级阿累尼乌斯频率因子lnA也分别在1.2-1.4以及20-22之间。实验结果还显示了升速度及催化剂浓度的改变对活化能和阿累尼乌斯频率因子基本无影响,而反应级数却随升温度速率及催化剂浓度的增加而轻微下降。

Abstract:The cure kinetics of acrylic resin/epoxy resin system catalyzed with DMBA was studied using dynamic DSC, and the results were subjected to extensive data analysis. The experiments indicate that the activation energy is about 90 kJ/mol, and the reaction order and natural log of the frequency factor between 1.2~1.3 and 20~22 s -1 , respectively. It is also demonstrated that the heating rate and concentration of catalyst have no noticeable effect on the activation energy and the frequency factor, but the reaction order decreases slightly with the increase of the heating rate and concentration of catalyst.
