摘 要: | 分析了防护罩塑料件结构特点和工艺特性。为了解决零件两侧斜向抽芯的问题,采用了一种结构简单、使用方便的双T型槽斜向抽芯机构,既保证塑件的精确成型,又避免了使用油缸斜抽芯的复杂结构。经实际使用证明,此结构运行安全可靠,并且模具制造加工方便,满足了塑件批量生产要求。

Design of injection mold for a plastic protection shield |

Abstract: | The structure and process characteristic of plastic protection shield is analyzed.In order to solve side-core pulling problem,a T-slot angled core-pulling mechanism is used,which not only guaranteed the precision but also improve the simplicity and convenience.Furthermore,by applying the new structure,hydrocylinder is avoided in this case.The application in industry shows that the structure of the mold is of good reliability and convenience and it is suitable for manufacturing. |
